High Performance Change

High Performance Change is the brainchild of Adaptability Intelligence specialist, Rich Alderton. Rich was keen to target and connect with organisations for whom adaptability is a challenge in order to deliver bespoke training programmes to improve their understanding and skills in this area. Not only that, Rich has also created the HPC Programme, an e-learning tool designed to help individuals improve their Adaptability Intelligence. As a result we designed and built a clean, contemporary website that promotes both aspects of the business and we continue to work with Rich on his marketing and execution.
