Award Property Management are one of the leading letting agents in Cambridge, and we've been working on their digital marketing for several years. We inherited a WordPress website and enjoyed some success in improving Award's Google positioning, but hit a ceiling where the website was effectively working against us. Not only that, the way the website was built made adding and managing property information very labour intensive. We redesigned the site and rebuilt it in our preferred content management framework, ProcessWire, which gave us an SEO boost and enabled us to reduce the time it takes to load a new rental property from 45 minutes to 10 minutes, saving a huge amount of administration time.

We asked Philip and the Postscript team to re-design our website and undertake our digital marketing in late 2019. Our previous website was difficult to update and failed to deliver any meaningful enquiries. We now have a site that not only looks great but also showcases all our services and products, from office design and relocation to office furniture, office seating and desktop viral screens and other Covid-19 products. We’re now ranking highly on Google and we’re receiving enquiries and orders from new prospects and existing clients.
