The Cambridge Research Laboratory (CRL) was Toshiba's first overseas corporate-level R&D laboratory. Originally called Toshiba Cambridge Research Centre, it was established in 1991 to undertake scientific studies which may lead to the semiconductor technology of the 21st century.
We were commissioned to design and produce a series of gatefold and roll-fold brochures showcasing CRL's latest technological achievements across the disciplines in which the laboratory specialised, from quantum IT and speech technology to computer vision. Our role extended to work on the accompanying copy.
Our materials were attractive and eye-catching, with graphic timelines of Toshiba's R&D history and with detailed and complicated information distilled into a clear and coherent presentation.
We have always found Postscript very responsive and professional. They listened to what we wanted to achieve with our brochures and are always very helpful, accurate and provide a fast turnaround to meet tight deadlines.
